Peter Whyte Capozzi
has been in the needle trade's since 1982 and was a
menswear clothing designer for twelve years in New York
City. In 1984 he opened an industrial sewing company at a
marina in Bridgeport Connecticut, he successfully ran and
sold whyte cap in 1989 and decided to relocate to
southern california.
Upon arrival in San Diego he opened Whyte Cap Canvas
Works on Shelter Island. "If it fits under
a sewing machine we stitch-it !!" He
confidently states.
